Sidewinder’s Fang

This is based on the Cobra’s Fang

Components

• 1.5 oz Lime Juice
• 1.5 oz Orange Juice
• 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 3 oz Seltzer
• 1 oz Blended Aged Rum
• 1 oz Black Blended Rum

Instructions

1. Line glass with Sidewinder’s Fang peel
2. Fill glass with cubed or cracked ice to hold the peel in place
3. Put ingredients in mixer tin
4. Add 12 oz crushed ice and 4-6 agitator cubes to tin
5. Flash blend
6. Strain into glass
7. Garnish with mint spring
