Blue Hawaiian

Components

• 1 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cream of Coconut
• 3 Maraschino Cherries, no stem

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Add enough ice to show above the surface of the liquid (think snow cone)
3. Shake vigorously until frost forms on the outside of the shaker
4. Add cherries to bottom of glass
5. Open pour into glass over cherries
6. garnish with tiny umbrella
